What will be on my board or graze table?
Each board is custom made for you to order. Every board is unique
There will be a variety of charcuterie & cheeses along with organic produce , spreads and jams and picked items … for our plant-based boards (chosen by using the drop down menus on each board ) our selections in addition to being vegan will also be gluten , soy and carageenan free.
Our paired Crunch Factors include artisan crisps, nuts, bits of dark chocolate and some fun crunch surprises that are designed to pair with our protein boards.
For our grazing tables, we are able to customize more to your more specific wishes and can easily combine eating styles.
We partner with some amazing small businesses for both our main boards as well as our add on Crunch Factors as well as our bespoke engraved boards.
We are happy to avoid All allergies and aversions which you’ll be able to notate on the checkout page
We create boards based on availabilty , seasonality , aesthetic and pairing flavors —- our wholesale and distribution partners are small and reliable … and we always do our best to find products that fit your tastes and eating preferences and for ALL AGES… our toddler board add on is a great charcuterie “training wheel”

Do you deliver?
indeed! Delivery is $25 for most of the Orlando area IINCLUDING RESORTS! Some outlying areas are available for an upcharge. If there is a question to how far you are and it’s a longer distance...please contact me and we can find an option.
we do not have a pickup option at this time
for Disney resorts — there is no need to be at your resort for delivery times
For NON Disney resorts — feel free to check with your front desk or concierge and have ample refrigeration to hold it in
if you were staying at a resort that will not accommodate, holding your board and refrigeration… Not to worry… We can still work out delivery however you will need to be present during a set window of time that we will set up, and our driver will deliver directly to you at the lobby in valet area
WE CURRENTLY TAKE Apple pay and CC…… zelle is an option if you do not have Apple Pay or cc
Can I pick exactly what I want on my board?
we are happy to adhere to anything you have aversions to....for example: you dislike blue cheese or not a fan of walnuts.
happy to adhere to any allergies you have as well -- although we do prepare our boards in a kitchen that is not allergen free.
All other items on the board will be based on which artisan cheeses and meats that are in stock and which produce is available, in addition to the aesthetic and design of each curated board.
THAT SAID … our distributor and wholesalers carry some amazing products that adhere to many different eating styles … Halal, Kosher, keto , nut free, gluten free etc … if you have a question about whether we will have certain food items available— don’t hesitate to reach out and ask
our boards are for celebrations —small to large — so having a birthday , anniversary etc is always welcome — age in cheese numbers etc

.so can I order a "regular" board?
YES!
We wanted to be a company that changes the order of things and not make the plant-based community as the "*" at the bottom of the menu. We treat each of our boards based on customer preference.....plant-based? I got you. Meat and cheese we got you as well :) Toddler to grandmother —- everyone grazes here
everyone gets to sit at the same table
we even have a 50/50 option to have your board be half omnivore and half vegan
Grazing tables can go even more specific to you and your parties variety of eating styles And those tables can also have more finger foods , sandwiches, salads etc … with graze tables the limitations are very few … minimum 20 people and are priced per person
How do I order a board?
Head to the ORDER request page here on the website...add all the items you want to your cart …
then checkout and be sure to press the “complete order “ button “
You will then be emailed confirmation that your date requested is available BEFORE we take payment via CC/Apple pay or / Zelle
BE SURE TO PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM AND JUNK FOLDER FOR CONFIRMATION (read that again 😜)
Do you have kid boards?
yes for the TODDLERS — sizes optional — please note these boards are geared towards TODDLERS specifically ...our main boards have a variety of very approachable ingredients for most all ages. If youd like "no brie, no blue, no pungent" etc....simply notate that on your checkout page
feel free to let us know the range of ages that will be grazing on your boards on the checkout page notes
Our regular boards have a variety of approachable items....please use the aversion box to exclude items you prefer not to have and reserve the toddler boards as an add on for the little ones ...thank you for understanding :)
Dont worry...we can still have a Mickey or other shapes on our regular boards too :) just ask
there’s also an option to select our small Date set and have that created AS a todfler
board 100%
if you just have one toddler travelling with you —
mention that on your checkout page and happy to sub in one toddler cheese for them too
Do you ship?
We do not... The nature of a charcuterie board with cut produce, meat and fruits in OUR companies vision..and aesthetic...our boards are for LOCAL DELIVERY ONLY
Do you use real wood boards for your "boards"?
Yes we have those options !
The boards we use are mostly made of lightweight balsa or palm leaf. They are presentable -- as when you get a grazing board -- yet at the same time compostable and recyclable.
our boards are delivered to you wrapped and steady in our custom boxes
we use bamboo and wood utensils too with your boards and very minimal glass/plastic
You can also upgrade to a custom balsa board as well …use the drop down menus on each board to select palm leaf, balsa wood .. for special engraved options —

What time will my board arrive?
Due to the nature of our small business we cannot guaruntee a specific delivery time, however, if there is a set event time we will try out best to accomodate you or we highly recommend ordering your board the eve before.
typically our delivery for the west side of town is in the latter afternoon
for early morning desired delivery at the resorts , we suggest you order for the day before and your boards will be fresh and wrapped and held by the Disney resorts and several other resorts in the area
for resorts — please know you will be emailed once your board has arrived and Disney resorts will hold them in temperature control 24/7 — for other resorts — please check with them for their policies
Do I have to be at the resort or home to accept my delivery?
if you're in a private residence....YES you do need to have someone to accept the board as we will not leave them outside... although coolers left outside are acceptable — or with several of our vacation home rental guests, they allow us access via the virtual Wi-Fi keypad and our driver will place everything in refrigeration for you while you’re playing at the parks or out for the day
If you are at a DIsney resort they WILL hold your boards in the cooler for your convenience so you DO NOT need to be at the resort. (exceptions are the Swan and Dolphin
***For other resorts, please check with guest services for their policies BEFORE you place a request
How far in advance should I order? Refund policy
as soon as your plans are set....i suggest you place your order. There are clients that book a date months in advance so its never a set science to know which days have availability.
submit your order request through the ORDER PAGE ... that is the only method to verify availability
payment only taken when confirmed
that all said — within the 2 week mark —we do not offer refunds and if it’s a special order or upgrade board there are no refunds however we will be happy to offer a transfer or credit depending on the timing
if it is a standard board and it’s within the week but more than 72 hours we can arrange for a transfer date or store credit
if 72 hours or less — we are unfortunately unable to offer a transfer date or credit however we can transport a board to another friend or family member possibly in town or at the resort
How do I know what to pick ?
Well that’s easier than you think !
how many people with be eating ? Is it a light snack or a meal ?
those two questions are truly all you need to know to start selecting your board …
every board has a “suggestion “ on how many it feeds… this is subjective based on portion and guest feedback .. all suggestions are listed by appetize portion … for entree portions , size up
so lets say you have 5 people …. Our board named THE STANDARD is listed for “up to 5 “ so for appetizer we’d say choose that board and then you’ll see you can customize it with the drop down menus … if it will be more of a meal we’d say go for THE PAIRING
all options such as toddler add ons , Crunch Factors , vegan, vegetarian, wine add on , etc can all be done using the drop down menus ONCE you have chosen your board size
SPECIALTY holiday themed boards also list how many people they are suggested for as well
